What Hosts earn
$2 per verified physical TB-month when storage is used and payout requirements are met.
- Connecting a device does not create earnings.
- Offered unused capacity does not create earnings.
- Atidle verifies devices before using them.
Minimum usable capacity
Public Hosts need at least 200 GB of usable storage on a device.
That is a minimum, not a promise that Atidle will use the space. Unused offered storage earns nothing.
Who can host
- Age 18 or older.
- U.S. participation during this opening, with equipment in the United States unless Atidle approves otherwise.
- At least 200 GB of usable storage.
- A device that can stay reasonably available.
Connect a device
Mac, Windows, and Android can install Atidle Host now. Linux uses terminal setup. The iPhone and iPad app is the same Atidle app, and Hosting in it is optional.
Mac
Download Atidle Host for Mac. macOS 13.5 or later. One download for Apple silicon and Intel.
Windows
Download Atidle Host for Windows.
iPhone & iPad
The Atidle app for iPhone and iPad will include optional Hosting. It is not a separate Host app.

Android
Atidle Hosting is now available on Android. Create or sign in to your Atidle account on our website, accept the current Host agreements, then install the app and sign in to connect your device. Public Hosts need at least 200 GB of usable storage. Not every phone qualifies. Installing the app does not guarantee admission, customer data, or Host earnings.
Linux
Servers, NAS devices, and other compatible Linux systems. Terminal-based setup. 200 GB minimum usable storage.
